PATIENT CARE COORDINATORS

Position – The successful applicants will work as a member of Auralia’s Patient
Care Co-Ordinator Team

Patient Care Co-Ordinator – Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with, and developing a trusting rapport with Patients, through enquiries,
    follow ups, scheduling of consultations, treatments and surgeries.
  • Ensuring adequate treatment medical stock requirements are maintained for
    surgeries.
  • Having a confident and determined mindset to manage Patients through their
    journey with Auralia.
  • IT & numeracy skills, ensuring accurate and prompt information is recorded on
    Auralia’s Patient Management System.
  • We offer the ablity to grow in a competitive environment.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • A third level qualification or equivalent
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills are essential to
    reflect Auralia’s high standard of quality.
  • Must have a high level of drive and self motivation
  • Be confident with Customer service ,and experience in a fast –paced customer
    –orientated environment.
  • Should have product knowledge and awareness of the Cosmetic Surgery market and
    trends.
  • Currently working in a similar environment would be an advantage.
  • Proficiency with technology including basic computer operations
  • Ability to meet goals, stay organized and maintain a positive attitude
  • Can recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and
    competitive developments.
  • The ability to resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing
    solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
  • Can contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

BARIATRIC SURGEON

Location: The Plaza, Park West Business Park, Nangor Road, Dublin 12

Auralia Medical Group – Ireland’s leading weight loss and Aesthetic and Cosmetic Surgery Private Hospital since 2001, now wishes to recruit an experienced Bariatric Surgeon to join the Auralia team. The hospital has recently undergone a major expansion which allows our capacity increase to 18 beds of which two are HDU and a new radiology unit. The hospital has two operating theatres and a dedicated team of experienced surgical, nursing, patient care and administrative staff.

The Position:

  • Reporting to the Medical Director, the position is full time, working exclusively for Auralia
  • The successful applicant will be expected to be resident in Ireland
  • Salary, while negotiable, is expected to be in the range €180K – €200K depending on experience
  • Ideally, the successful candidate will commence work on an agreed date by early 2021

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 5 years post qualification in a busy hospital
  • Registration, or be qualified for registration, with the Irish Medical Council
  • Extensive experience in bariatric surgery

The person selected will enjoy working with a highly motivated multi-cultural team, be a true team player and be capable of working unsupervised following an agreed period of induction and familiarisation.

The person selected will enjoy working with a highly motivated multi-cultural team, be a true team player and be capable of working unsupervised following an agreed period of induction and familiarisation. The person selected will maintain ongoing familiarisation and self-improvement in relevant surgical trends and developments.
