CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER - REQUIRED
Auralia Medical Group is looking to appoint a CEO to move our business forward with our key objectives, to consolidate and improve our existing clinic services to our Patients by developing the organisation’s infrastructure to ensure operational systems, processes and resources have capacity and sustainability to support its growth; whilst simultaneously being adept at capitalising on new business opportunities to maintain Auralia Medical Group in its leadership position.
The CEO has overall responsibility for developing and delivering Auralia’s corporate business strategy, which will include creating a people-orientated, best culture development plan (patients and Staff) that enhances overall performance and improves the “working lives” of the workforce, and ultimately ensuring Auralia’s continued success and standards into the future.
The CEO role is based in Parkwest Dublin 12. We welcome applications from you if you are –
- An experienced Senior leader who has already operated at or had exposure to Board level, either in a commercial organisation, possibly a startup, or in the wider Medical Health Clinical Care area – ideally a mix of both would be helpful.
- You will need to demonstrate your ability to influence and work with the current Stakeholders and Management and deliver and maintain current service standards and improvements through joint working and collaboration.
- You will be a compassionate leader with strong emotional intelligence high integrity and standards, exhibited through enactment of excellent values and behaviours.
- You will need to demonstrate an appetite and passion for Medical Clinical/Surgical HealthCare and have a track record of successfully managing a business or service whilst also introducing new ways of working or growing Auralia’s potential.
